I have and old Royal. Don't know how old, but it looks like one of the first typewriters around, complete with the metal strike keys and all.

I wouldn't mind having a typewriter. Sometimes computers get on my nerves. I hate waiting for it to start up and to shut down. Also no worries about virus' with a typewriter either. Lol
I like the pink one too.
I have a turquoise typewriter with matching carrying case that I found at a thrift store. It needs a new ribbon and if I ever find one locally I'll buy one.

I never really learned how to mater the typewriter. LOL. I like seeing writers in movies click out best-selling novels on 'em.
Yeah I type about 75 words a minute on one of those "laptops".
