Sheila E. Yummy! I remember that see through outfit she had on during the "Love Bizarre" performance in Krush Groove. I went out and bought her cassette after seeing that, lol. She is definitely deserving of a "Before Beyonce" shoutout. Dope musician and a icon in her own right.
Love me some Sheila E. And I see that you posted two of my favorite Sheila E. songs.
I remember when both songs came out and how everyone at my school jammed her music. Very underrated musician.

I have Krush Groove on dvd. I'm going to check it out this weekend. The only reason I bought it was because Sheila is in it.

I love the Koo Koo vid and the dancing in it. That's Cat dancing in the vid with Sheila. She was a Prince dancer.
Nicole is Sheila's brother's daughter. The Richies adopted her when she was a baby.
Of all of Prince's women - Sheila E is my favorite.
She's more than just a pretty face (Vanity) or huge boobs (Appolonia) - the lady has her own career built on her own talent.
(But she's still foine!!!)
